Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

Currently, we don’t offer refunds or accept returns. However, if an issue arises with an order, please message us and we will make sure it gets taken care of. Orders are already in production or which require special materials cannot be cancelled.

Product Warranty

  • We take a lot of pride in what we make, but we’re also human and a tiny workshop. Therefore, we can only offer a warranty on our products against manufacturing defects.
  • If you believe a manufacturing defect occurred, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and provide images of what you think is wrong.
  • If your product becomes damaged due to normal use (or abuse), we may – purely at our discretion – be able to repair items for a fee.

General Shipping

  • As a small shop, we cannot cover shipping costs or taxes and fees incurred during shipping.
  • We’re not responsible for a package after the carrier has delivered it.
  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. A full legal name is required as well. If a package is returned due to a bad address, additional postage is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping:

  • We’ll ship internationally, but the customer accepts responsibility for any taxes or fees incurred during shipping and for the package once it’s dropped off with the carrier.
  • We’re not responsible for any international packages lost in transport or after they reach a US-based forwarding address.
  • A lot of small shops won’t ship internationally due to extra considerations, we want to work with all of our customers, but this is the way it has to work to do so.

    Order times

We can’t guarantee turnaround times. Our products are made to order, which can take a few days or weeks based on volume and how complicated a product is. If you’re curious, message us to get an estimate.

    Materials

We use a range of materials, including forms of X-Pac, EcoPak, Squadron, and waxed canvas. Hardware comes from vendors including Fidlock, WeTool, and Woojin. Each is carefully chosen for the given product to meet our high standards and goals regarding function and form.

    Custom Work/Gear Modifications

Occasionally, we do custom projects or modifications to existing gear. Unfortunately, we typically don’t have the resources or time for them. When we accept custom requests, it’s on a case-by-case basis and purely at our discretion. If you’re interested in custom work, contact us with a description of what you’re looking for, but – again – it's likely that we will say no.
