Have a chest strap with a Fidlock V-Buckle? They are great to use, but heavy enough that it's annoying when it's unstrapped and dangling.

There are 2 versions: the standard and the 2 anchor point stow. The standard works on all bags, the 2 anchor is designed for bags with longer sections of webbing where it could slide up and down, such as a Mystery Ranch harness.
Both versions are made for bags with 1" vertical webbing on the shoulder straps. There must be a stitch point that it can be attached above to hold it in place.
The tolerances on the new version are smaller, so the stows are more secure on the webbing itself.
